LeagueX wallet & KYC — verification, deposits, withdrawals.

LeagueX wallet supports UPI deposits, UPI withdrawals and bank transfers. This page walks through PAN, Aadhaar and bank verification, the deposit and withdrawal windows, and the failed-withdrawal retry flow.

KYC

Three documents, three verification steps.

PAN card

Photograph the front of the PAN card. The app reads the PAN, name and DOB and matches against the registered account.

Aadhaar

OTP-based Aadhaar verification. The app sends an OTP to the Aadhaar-registered mobile; the OTP confirms the address.

Bank account

Penny-drop verification: the app sends ₹1 to your account; the account number and IFSC are confirmed by your bank's response.

Selfie match

A live selfie matches against the PAN card photograph to confirm identity. Liveness check prevents photo-of-photo.

KYC complete

KYC status moves from Pending → Complete. UPI withdrawal is enabled within 24 hours.

Deposit

UPI deposits confirmed in 30 seconds.

UPI deposits are processed through the standard UPI rail. The app generates a UPI deep-link or QR code; once the payment completes, the balance updates inside 30 seconds. The ledger history records the UPI transaction ID and the timestamp.

Minimum deposit: ₹50. Maximum deposit per transaction: ₹10,000. Daily limit: ₹50,000. Monthly limit: ₹200,000. These limits are RBI-compliant and configurable per KYC tier.

Withdrawal

UPI withdrawals in 3-4 minutes, bank transfers in 24-48 hours.

UPI withdrawals are processed inside a 3-4 minute verified window once KYC is complete. Bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS) take 24-48 hours depending on the receiving bank and the time of day. The contest ledger displays the actual transfer timestamp.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be used in contests; any winnings from bonus-funded contests are withdrawable cash. The ledger clearly separates Cash and Bonus balances.

Failed withdrawal

What happens if a withdrawal fails.

Auto-retry

The app retries the UPI withdrawal up to three times inside a 30-minute window.

Status update

The ledger updates with the retry attempt number and the failure reason.

Desk escalation

If all three retries fail, the desk takes the ticket within 4 hours and investigates manually.

Resolution

The desk either completes the withdrawal or refunds the failed amount to the wallet within 24 hours.

Notification

The desk notifies the user via in-app push and email once the issue is resolved.

Limits

Deposit, withdrawal and contest limits by KYC tier.

TierDaily depositMonthly depositSingle withdrawalMonthly withdrawal
Tier 1 · PAN + Aadhaar₹50,000₹200,000₹10,000₹200,000
Tier 2 · PAN + Aadhaar + bank₹100,000₹500,000₹50,000₹500,000
Tier 3 · Full KYC + 6-month history₹200,000₹1,000,000₹100,000₹1,000,000

KYC documents are encrypted at rest.

PAN card photographs, Aadhaar OTPs and bank penny-drop responses are encrypted at rest using AES-256. The desk does not store the Aadhaar number in plain text — only a hashed reference. Bank account numbers are partially masked in the ledger history. Document retention follows the 30-day rule for transaction records and the standard account-deletion window thereafter.

FAQ

Wallet questions readers ask.

Why is my UPI withdrawal taking longer than 4 minutes?

Bank-side processing can take up to 30 minutes. If the withdrawal exceeds 30 minutes, file a ticket — the desk will investigate.

Can I have multiple bank accounts?

Only one primary bank account per KYC. You can change the primary account under Account → Wallet → Bank.

What happens to my balance if I delete my account?

The desk refunds the cash balance to the registered bank account within 7 business days of account deletion. Bonus balance expires with the deletion.
