Notes from the editorial desk.
How the desk triages tickets
Tickets are triaged by category: KYC issues go to the verification team; withdrawal issues go to the payments team; contest disputes go to the scoring team; account access issues go to the security team. Each team has a published median response window. The desk publishes a monthly transparency report covering ticket volume, response windows and resolution rate.
In-app chat vs email vs ticket form
In-app chat is fastest for contest issues and is staffed during contest windows (10:00-23:00 IST). Email is best for document submission and detailed issues that need attachments. Ticket form is best for non-urgent feedback and suggestions. The desk's median response is 14 minutes for in-app chat, 6 hours for email and 24 hours for the ticket form.
What support will never ask
Customer care will never ask for your sign-in password, OTP, KYC document number in full, or bank account number in full. If any support channel asks for these, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it. The desk's published support channels are the only legitimate channels; any channel outside the list is not the desk.
Dispute flow for contested scores
Disputes are filed via Help → Submit a ticket → Contest dispute. The system checks the scoring rules against the official scorecard within 2 hours. If a discrepancy is found, a desk reviewer takes the ticket and re-scores using the official scorecard. The final outcome is published within 24 hours.
Self-exclusion and account freeze
Account freeze and self-exclusion are managed under Account → Responsible Play, not under customer care. The desk processes 24-hour, 7-day and permanent self-exclusion requests in one tap. Customer care can assist with freeze-related questions but does not initiate a freeze on a reader's behalf without explicit consent.
Phishing reports
Report phishing attempts to [email protected]. The desk investigates within 24 hours. The desk publishes a quarterly transparency report covering phishing reports received and sites taken down. Phishing sites are typically taken down within 48 hours of confirmation.
Hours of operation
In-app chat is staffed 10:00-23:00 IST daily. Email support is staffed 09:00-18:00 IST on business days. The ticket form is monitored 24x7 with a 24-hour median response. Out-of-hours urgent issues are routed to the on-call engineer.
