Form is read as the last five completed matches in the same format. A player who scored 80 in the last ODI but has not played a T20 this season is cold in T20 form — the desk reads format-specific. The form bar in the team table reads W W L W L from left to right; green dots are wins, orange dots are losses, grey dots are abandoned or no-result matches.
Squad updates and the official announcement
Squads are updated within an hour of the official announcement. The desk cross-references the official announcement with two independent sources before publishing. Squads that change after publication are flagged with a timestamp; the original squad remains visible for traceability. Impact-player slots are tagged separately.

Player development pipelines
Each franchise's development pipeline is published in the players section. New signings are flagged with a 'rookie' badge. The rookie badge clears after the player's first 5 matches in the format. Rookie form is read with a wider confidence band because the sample is small.
When a squad change happens mid-tournament
Mid-tournament squad changes are rare but not unheard of. The desk treats mid-tournament changes as confirmed only when announced by the franchise. Rumours of mid-tournament changes are not published under fact headings. If a mid-tournament change affects your team, the app supports a swap window for affected contests.
