The single biggest decision in any contest.
The captain earns 2x points; the vice-captain earns 1.5x points. A captain who scores 80 runs earns 160 fantasy points. A captain dismissed first ball earns 4 fantasy points (the dismissal plus 2x the 2 runs scored). The captain pick is the single biggest decision in any contest entry.
The desk uses three signals to score a captain pick: form (last five matches, same format, 40 points), venue (same venue, last three seasons, 30 points), role-fit (toss-aware, 30 points). HIGH band = 75+. MEDIUM = 60-74. LOW = under 60.

Every LeagueX contest awards a 100-cr salary cap. Players cost between 7 and 11 cr. The biggest mistake new readers make is over-spending on a star opener when the pitch reads 160, not 200.
